Hello

Todays card is yet another simple one for me. I am so impressed with myself for using a stamp I bought last year and putting it to use. Yayyy! How many of you all buy new products, thinking you're going to use right then, only to discover that its collecting dust somewhere in your craft room? Come on now, don't be shy. Lol. Well, I know I'm guilty of it, and I'm trying to use more of the things I've bought.

Anyway, on to the card. LOL. This card is a standard A2 card using just plain black and white cardstock. For my second layer I used my scoreboard to add lines to my cardstock for a bit of character. The ribbon I use is one that I found at my local Micheal's in the dollar section. I was quite surprise to see it for that price. I was able to get a lot of inspiration from this card. I hope it inspires some of you all to just pull out the things in your craft you may have forgotten about, and create using them. Thanks for stopping by today.

Picking Apples

Hello again!

Yes! I'm back. Man! My mojo has really been up this week. Woo hoo!!! I've got several projects in the works and I also managed to create a few cards in the process. I'm also thinking about making videos again, but this time I would like to do video tutorials and also post them on my blog. So much that I want to do.

Todays card is an Autumn card. My first Autumn card of the year. When creating this card I thought I had an actual Autumn sentiment, but as I got my card together and got down to that part, I realized that I did not have such a stamp. So what was a girl to do?????? Go buy one???? I think NOT!!!! LOL. I actually went through my stash and found some die cut stickers. Uhmmm! Well why not use these. Was my thought process. Unfortunately, it didn't say what I was looking for, but I think I got the job done. In the end, I was totally happy with the out come. Thanks so much for stopping by today!

Happy Together

Hello!

I hope you all are having a great Sunday so far. Today is going to be a relaxing day for us. I think the kids and I are going to just watch movies and eat popcorn. I am so looking forward to it.

Todays card is using another sticker sentiment from K&Company. I got an entire package that I need to put to use. Who says you gotta use stamped sentiments to create a card???? LoL. Just another alternative if you are just starting out or have packs of word stickers laying around. I hope you like this card as much as I do. Thanks for stopping by today!

Love and Laughter

Happy Saturday!

I hope you all are enjoying it as much as I am. As promised, here's another card I have created this week. I'm really liking this card. Maybe It's the purple and Orange tone combination I used. Very simple, but has a elegant style. This card was also very simple to put together. Nothing like 2-4 hours as it usually takes me to create a card. Gotta love that! LOL :)

For a Friend

Hello everyone,
Todays card is one that I created for a friend for there sisters birthday. I kept this card very simple, but with a little style. For my second layer I added a border using my Martha Stewart score board. I love that technique. The card inside is a personal message with a little humor so I paired it with a sentiment stamp from Friskars that I thought was perfect for the occasion. LOL. Thanks for stopping by today. Enjoy your Labor Day weekend!

Have a blessed day!
